Who we are...
To be clear, Collectively Influential is NOT another networking group.
This is a curated and vetted community of 24 seasoned women entrepreneurs who serve other women entrepreneurs, each in their own lane of expertise.
Only one woman per lane of expertise - once yours is claimed, it's gone!
The community is intentionally facilitated to create a space to strategize, collaborate, make "hot" referrals AND collectively write the seminal book on influence specifically written for women entrepreneurs titled,
"Empowered Woman's Guide to Influence"!
After all, the right referrals, collaborations and partnerships come from developing trust over time, with people who understand your work and what you are building towards at a much deeper level.
If you’re getting strategic and intentional referrals, collaborations, introductions, visibility, accountability, and trusted relationships from this community, then you stop spending time on networking groups that don’t convert, random collaborations that go nowhere, and all the other things we convince ourselves we “should” be doing.
It’s not adding another commitment. It’s replacing lower-value activities with one that actually produces results.
And, the women in this founding cohort are shaping what this collective will grow into: a larger community we all get to serve with our expertise.

Why this and why now?
Because the world needs more women like YOU, with more power, wealth, and influence!
Women are starting more businesses than ever. Building platforms, writing books, taking the stage. And yet the wealth, the influence, the rooms in which big decisions get made have left women out of the equation.
Women are underrepresented in every sector in society. In fact, women leaders make up less than 30% of total leadership across business, politics and other organizations globally.
It's not an accident, it's actually by design.
It's not okay, and it will not change on its own.
Our mission is to change the systems that have left many women entrepreneurs struggling to even get past the 6 figure milestone.
To create a world in which women are independently financially free.
Women who are able to take care of themselves, their families and their communities AND have an equal seat at the tables in which BIG decisions about the world are made.
Not theoretically, practically.
By bringing together a curated group of women entrepreneurs, each an expert in her own lane, and giving them a shared platform, a real strategy, and each other!
This is the outward expression of something bigger: a movement to help thousands more women make more money, claim more influence, and gain more power!

Once an area of expertise is filled, that seat is closed — which means the women in this room aren't competing, they're collaborating.
The co-authored book project that is a feature of this Collective is called the Empowered Woman's Guide to Influence.
We get to pass along what we have learned to other women entrepreneurs coming up behind us so that the mission lives on into the future and impacts many more women's lives beyond just our own.
The book gives every woman in it something to stand behind that's bigger than her own work.
It's the rally point, the shared mission, the thing that makes the collaboration a lasting legacy.

ONE WOMAN PER "LANE"
Every seat in the room belongs to a woman with a different area of expertise, 24 in total. Once your lane is filled, it stays yours.
Each referral in your area of expertise comes to you and every other woman in the collective is a complement to your work.
NINE MONTH MEMBERSHIP
So you have the time to build the kind of relationships where women know your work well enough that referrals and introductions happen without you having to ask for them.
The collective runs from September 2026 through May 2027
STRATEGY & INTERVIEW
Before your first collective meeting, you sit down with Melissa for a recorded strategy call and interview. That interview lives on YouTube, goes out to LinkedIn, and is featured in the Helluva Brand newsletter. If you have a lead magnet, new subscribers from that announcement come directly to your list.
MONTHLY COLLECTIVE MEETINGS
Live monthly gatherings where members share open opportunities, make introductions for each other, build new collaborations, and offer guidance. Every meeting is a working session among women who come to know each other's businesses well enough to provide the right kind of support.
PRIVATE TELEGRAM COMMUNITY
A members-only Telegram group for everything between monthly meetings. Questions, resources, updates, client referrals, quick connections, and support so you always stay connected and informed.
CROSS PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES

"Collectively Influential" is structured so that you aren't ADDING something to your plate. The intention is to TAKE AWAY the activities that aren't serving you and your business and replace them with something that is proven to work: deep business relationships with other women entrepreneurs!
Yes. The project is fully virtual. Time zone differences are workable and we’ll be thoughtful about scheduling. The only consideration is whether a significant time difference would affect your ability to show up consistently for the group calls.
You’ll get guidance to help clarify your message and connect it to your business and legacy. We’ll help you uncover the story only you can tell, the one that draws clients, partners, and media your way.
Every member is vetted the same way you are, for real business experience, real integrity, and a genuine growth mindset, so you're never the only one showing up fully. Referrals, promotions and other support is not left to chance, and every meeting includes real accountability.
This is one of the most common things women tell me before their fit call, and almost always, it turns out not to be true. Every member is vetted against the same bar: years in business, a proven offer, and real integrity. If you've built something real, you belong in this room as much as anyone else in it.
